Email is the fastest way to reach Peptides Muscle. We answer order-status questions, tracking lookups, lot CoA requests, and general catalog enquiries within one business day, Monday through Friday. If you already have an order number, include it in the subject line so we can pull the record without a back-and-forth. For supplier-side issues like a damaged shipment or a missing CoA, mention the lot number printed on the vial label and we will route the message to the right place. We are a small team, so straightforward messages get answered first.

Order status & tracking
Include the order number from your confirmation email. We will pull the tracking record and let you know the next scan time.
Lot CoA requests
Send the vial's lot number (printed on the label). We will resend the matched HPLC certificate as a PDF.
Damaged or wrong item
Photograph the seal, label, and packaging. Reply within 48 hours of delivery so the supplier can open a claim.
Catalog & sizing questions
Tell us the product slug and which size you are weighing up. We will quote per-mg pricing across the available variants.
What we cannot help with
Peptides Muscle sells exclusively to researchers and laboratories. All products are for in-vitro use only. We do not give dosing protocols, route-of-administration advice, or any guidance on use in humans or animals — emails asking for this kind of information will be politely declined. We also cannot ship to addresses outside our published service area, modify orders after they have left the supplier, or honour returns on opened vials. Anything outside of order fulfilment and product documentation is outside what we are able to answer.
